Natalie Gulbis She Wins Over Fans with Her Swing Now Shes Out To Defend Her Record Against the Men of the PGA TOUR and Champions Tour while Helping Kids Find Permanent Loving Homes! Natalie Gulbis was introduced to the game of golf when she was four-years old. By the time she was seven Gulbis had won her first tournament! Now this LPGA star wants to help kids who are in need of permanent homes and a loving family! Natalie is competing in the upcoming Wendys 3-Tour Challenge in Las Vegas. Its the only professional golf tournament that pits three top players from the PGA, LPGA and Champions Tours against each other competitive, head-to-head threesomes for Tour bragging rights and a share of the $1 million purse. Last year Natalie, along with teammates Christie Kerr and Morgan Pressel, won the event and now in 2008 she will try for two in a row. Money raised by the Wendys 3-Tour Challenge benefits the non-profit, Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. As part of that program, money is provided to full-time adoption recruiters at local agencies, in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, to help match prospective parents with waiting foster care children.
